I was recommended CS Auto by my brother in law. I'm super glad he did! I have a Toyota Rav4 that had several check engine lights appear one day. I took it in for a diagnostic. Lori was very communicative throughout the entire process. Phone calls, emails and text updates about parts. I even used an loaner car while my car stayed in the shop for several days. I liked the breakdown of costs via email and the explanation of things they found during the diagnostic. I'm not an expert by any means about cars, so it was great to have my hand held through the process of what NEEDED to be addressed versus issues I could work on later so my bill wouldn't break the bank. Overall I am extremely happy with my experience with CS Auto and I will definitely use them again in the future and recommend them to my friends and family!

Recently bought a Land Cruiser that needed a post purchase inspection. This place is awesome!!! The ladies up front were very impressive and knowledgeable about most everything that went on during my inspection and service. It is rare to find a place that services your car/truck and gives you excellent guest service with a great value. As a business owner I can appreciate excellent guest service especially in tandem with paramount mechanical service. Keep it up guys !!!

I was having issues with my A/C on my 2008 Tacoma. The A/C would turn on and run for about 5 seconds and then the power light would start flashing indicating that the magnetic clutch disengaged. I took it to 2 Toyota dealerships and they both claimed that the compressor was bad and the repairs would be in the $2500 -$3000 range. I took it to a Family owned shop who did a diagnostic test on it and they also claimed it was a bad compressor. I paid $150 to have the test done. I was still not sure about all those claims of a bad compressor. I researched the internet and found CS Automotive. I decided to take my vehicle there even though it was an hour and a half away. They listened to and wrote down my problem about the A/C. I felt comfortable leaving my vehicle in their hands. A few hours later I received a phone call and texted messages saying that the issue was a broken wire along with pictures. I can not say enough about this repair shop. After 3 different shops I guess the 4th was the charm. They will have my service in the future even though the 1 1/2 hour distance but to have peace of mind and HONEST service it is worth it.

I've never experienced such a thorough and comprehensive inspection in my life. After dropping it off, they got back to me quickly with a detailed list of recommendations. They even included pictures for reference and explained why/when/how for each recommendation. I called them back later to narrow down what is a priority (which they were very frank about). The work itself was excellent and the pricing was very similar to what I got from estimates elsewhere. Also, despite calling more times than I care to publicize, the front desk was extremely patient with me. It was the first time I have ever heard a mechanic say "we encourage you to ask questions." I feel not only much more confident in how my vehicle runs, but also better informed in how to maintain it.

I am very thankful that I found CS Automotive when I was looking for my Lexus to be serviced. It is a family-owned business and I immediately felt comfortable when I went in and talked with them about my SUV. I didn't feel rushed. I didn't feel coerced into having work done until I was ready. They have been working on Toyota & Lexus as their specialty and I feel confident they know their craft. Highly trained and very professional service and very friendly and personable customer service.
