With 13 years of experience in the automotive industry, Zach Puckett brings a passion for customer service, team development, and strong store leadership to CS Automotive. He takes pride in creating a positive customer experience built on trust, transparency, and quality service. Zach leads his team with integrity and is committed to making sure every customer feels valued, informed, and confident in the care their vehicle receives.
Zach is a follower of Jesus, and his faith plays an important role in how he leads, serves others, and approaches both his personal and professional life. Outside of work, Zach is a proud husband and father of two daughters. His faith and family are at the heart of what motivates him to lead with purpose and build lasting relationships within his community.
Brayan Torres brings 20 years of experience in the automotive industry to CS Automotive, along with a wealth of knowledge and a genuine passion for helping people. He takes pride in providing quality service and creating a positive, trustworthy experience for every customer. Brayan believes in treating people with honesty and respect and enjoys being part of a team that is committed to taking care of its customers.

As Store Manager at CS Automotive in Monteagle, Dan Kuohn brings more than 25 years of automotive experience and a lifelong passion for the industry. Starting his career as a lube technician, Dan worked his way through the ranks by developing the skills, knowledge, and leadership needed to deliver exceptional service and build lasting customer relationships. He is dedicated to providing honest recommendations, quality repairs, and ensuring every customer has a positive experience from start to finish.
Outside of the shop, music is one of Dan’s greatest passions. He plays the drums, sings in a band, and also enjoys playing guitar. When he’s not making music, you’ll likely find him woodworking, fishing, or riding his motorcycle. Dan’s combination of automotive expertise, leadership, and friendly personality makes him an integral part of the CS Automotive team and someone customers can trust with their vehicles.
Susan “Susie” Borne brings years of customer service experience and a genuine passion for helping people to the CS Automotive team. She has been a valued member of the team for the past three years, helping create a welcoming and positive experience for every customer who walks through the door.
Outside of work, Susie enjoys spending her free time crafting, cooking, and making special memories with her granddaughter. Her friendly personality and dedication to customer care make her a wonderful part of the CS Automotive team.
